Trained at L'Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda, Maryland, Chef Walter Rice began Rice Catering
in 2001 after working for several top caterers in Washington, DC. His clientele included
the preforming artists at Wolf Trap arts center and Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign.

In 2008, he set his sights on creating an eclectic menu, using the finest and freshest ingredients, preparing each dish with an infusion of passion. From the beginning, critics have been raving.
